It’s been a great feeling to connect with those involved in growing, serving and promoting organic farming. Our visit to the Organic Conference at Guelph University resulted in visiting many trade show booths, asking questions and meeting new suppliers of seeds, farming equipment and simply having a great time.

During a visit at the show booth of the Organic Agriculture at the University of Guelph, we were asked a question; why do we care about organic and what organic meant to us? Here is the answer we wrote on piece of their board:

Organic = Healthy Humans, Healthy Animals, and Healthy Environment 🙂

Our dream is that we all have similar if not precise idea of viewing and talking about organic food the same way.
