We love cilantro in our salads and its health benefits; therefore, we plant cilantro “crazy” during the season to have the ability to eat it every day. Today we cut a fresh bunch of organic cilantro and at the same time we planted a few new rows of cilantro to assure that we have a consistent supply of this great herb.
