ALL WE NEED IS LOVE! While preparing the soil for planting new seeds we found in one of our farming beds a nest with little baby mice.
There was no mama mouse in it however. We took the damaged nest with the baby mice away and placed it in a safe place hoping that the mama mouse will find them soon.
When the mother returned after a couple of hours she would look for her babies in the exact area of where she built her nest but it was gone and we had no idea how to tell her where we moved her babies.
Seeing the mama mouse stressed and confused we decided to bring her babies one by one in hand so she could take them to a new place where she would build a new nest.
Even though mice are considered pests to farmer crops, we had no intention of killing them. They were babies and needed her mother to love them and vice versa.
We all need a chance to start in life and experience it regardless of our species. Let nature decide the rest. .
